There are no pre-requisites to the IOSH Managing Occupational Health and Wellbeing course. However, our course is delivered and assessed in English so a reasonable standard of English is required to complete the course.

Your Course

Your course is split into modules, which is in turn split into lessons around the course syllabus and aims. There are regular knowledge checks within lessons to apply your new knowledge and mini quizzes at the end of most modules.

The knowledge checks and quizzes will prepare you for your final assessment.

You will have access to this eLearning course for 12 months.

Assessment

You’ll complete a final assessment at the end of your course, your paper is made up of mostly multiple-choice questions and you have 30 minutes to complete the assessment.

Once submitted your assessment is sent off for marking by the PSS team.

In addition to the final assessment you are required to complete a Health Risk assessment, a template and instructions to complete the risk assessment are available in your course content. Importantly, the end-of-course assessment and the Health Risk assessment must be completed within 14 days of each other.
